We're proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on Domestic US Shipments as a standing policy (for the foreseeable future). There are a few items that are excluded from free ground shipping due to their size and weight. Thankfully there are relatively few of these items on our site and they are clearly identified on the product pages so there should be no surprises.

Shipping Rate Exceptions
There are some items that due to their size, weight and/or hazardous material status cannot be shipped "Express". These items are clearly marked on the website so there should be no surprises.
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
We will send a ship confirmation by e-mail with the date your order was shipped and a link to either your USPS or UPS tracking numbers.
When will my package ship?
Most packages are shipped within 24 - 48 hours of your order. Delays may occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday.
*Please note: Orders placed on holidays falling during the business week will be delayed by approximately one business day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard Shipping arrives within 5 - 7 business days.
Express Shipping arrives within 2 - 4 business days.
Shipping to military bases (APO and FPO via USPS) can add another 5 business days to Standard Shipping.
International Shipments can take anywhere between 10 - 14 business days (depending upon destination).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! MadCraftGroup.com has partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. Bongo provides our overseas crafters their own US forwarding address. Use the ship-to address Bongo provides as the ship-to address fro your MadCraftGroup.com order. Once you have completed your order, we will ship your items to the Bongo warehouse for export to your country. Your new Bongo US address can also be used to purchase goods from other US retailers as well.
Do you ship to military bases?
Yes. Please keep in mind that delivery to military addresses will take a few days longer than the stated times. Do you ship to post office boxes?
Yes. To ship to a P.O. box, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS). Do you ship to rural route numbers?
Yes. The same applies to rural route numbers as to P.O. boxes. We must ship with the United States Postal Service. Can I send items to multiple addresses with the same order?
Not at this time. To ship items to different addresses, you need to submit separate orders for each address. Shipment Tracking How do I find out where my package is in the shipping process?
Included in the ship confirmation e-mail will be a hyperlink tracking number. Click on the tracking number and your browser will take you to the USPS or UPS package tracking feature and you can see exactly where your order is.
